In the early 1990’s, Alliance carved out a new position in the U.S. Food System by becoming a food retailing organization owning and operating extreme-value food stores under license from Save-A- Lot, Ltd.

The original and highly robust Save-A-Lot business model of offering a highly-focused, edited product selection in low-cost, low-margin, high-turn stores continues to evolve.


Alliance currently owns and operates Save-A-Lot Food Stores in Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. The company dignifies it’s shoppers by operating stores that are: “Full, Fresh, Clean, Bright, and Quick.”

We are looking for new store sites in our Mid-West marketing area.
